A Well Dressed Man (Official Lyrics)

Concept: The well-dressed man represents the social network system. Like a creeping mist, it gradually infiltrates our lives, poisoning our minds and zombifying us. Our desire for visibility is shamelessly exploited for profit, but more importantly, for mental control.
In the video, the social media, personified by a sharply dressed individual, cunningly masquerade as humanity’s closest confidant, all in pursuit of capturing attention and creativity, under the guise of filthy lucre. It unveils a realm of zombies, a stark reflection of our society’s ethos.

Lyrics:
From the forest it comes out the dark fog
that reaches the town
A well-dressed man walks
And faces the day
New friends to make
And new tiles to spin gradually

RIFF2
He will get to know them
And then it will tear off small pieces of meat
until the bones show
But they won’t know
They will always trust in his words

CHORUS
That’s a well dressed man
His appearance matters more than his soul
The red stains on his clothes can be washed easily
The people who have left they matter little in life
They matter little in life

RIFF2
The fog has reached the central square
But the man keeps walking
Looking for new prey
He is hungry even though he has already eaten
That man is dressed like me
That’s why I know him well
That man has your same uniform
That’s why you don’t recognize
yourself in the mirror
In the mirror

CHORUS
That’s a well dressed man
His appearance matters more than his soul
The red stains on his clothes can be washed easily
The people who have left they matter little in life
They matter little in life

PART2
The fog oozes from the walls
we no longer recognize each other
gaunt faces and hungry eyes
you always walk with your sure gaze
you have little left to gnaw on
but your parishioners are ready to give you more food
they are ready to sacrifice even their children
in order to follow your smell
but that doesn’t matter to you

CHORUS
That’s a well-dressed man
His appearance matters more than his soul
The red stains on his clothes can be washed easily
The people who have left they matter little in life
They matter little in life
